TAUGHT BY GOD

Jesus had just finished feeding the 500 0, walked on the sea, and is now trying to teach people about who He really is. He uses the feeding of the multitudes to illustrate that He is the “Bread of Life”. He is trying to teach them about who He is and about God the Father. But they do not believe Him. The Jews in that day just can’t get over the fact they think they know better. But there is a lot more to this lesson. In short, those who are the true disciples of Jesus stick around, others decide they can’t listen to what Jesus is teaching and they leave. Last week we learned Jesus taught, “My sheep hear My voice and follow me” That is a great lesson to ponder.
